Will Grier's dad, Chad Grier, goes all in on the "Free Willy" campaign with an Instagram photo loaded with a bunch of girls supporting his suspended son.
November 16, 2015Will Grier’s dad, Chad Grier, has gone all in on the “Free Willy” campaign.
Just after it was reported that Grier and his lawyers were scheduled to talk with the NCAA on Monday afternoon, Grier’s dad hit social media with the below tweet and Instagram photo.

Not sure if this will sway the committee’s decision in the process, but you certainly can’t blame Grier’s dad for pulling out all the stops to push for his son’s reinstatement. This receives ALL of the dad points.
Grier and the Gators are hoping to reduce the year-long suspension so the redshirt-freshman quarterback is eligible to play at the beginning of the 2016 season.
Despite the suspension, sophomore quarterback Treon Harris has led the Gators to a 3-1 record since taking over for Grier. Florida has clinched a spot in the 2015 Southeastern Conference Championship Game and has its eyes on a potential College Football Playoff berth.
The Gators host Florida Altantic on Saturday at noon ET.
