Before that, Wake Forest got up 17-13 at the half helped by a John Wolford 40-yard touchdown pass to K.J. Brent to go along with a six-yard scoring run. However …

2. Wolford also got picked for a score by Donnie Simmons, who took it 41 yards in the second quarter.

3. The Orange scored 17 unanswered points in the second half. Dungey’s second touchdown pass was a 53-yard play to Steve Ishmael. Cole Murphy hit three field goals on the day.

Syracuse
