The USC Trojans will travel to Boulder to take on the Colorado Buffaloes for a Pac-12 battle on Friday the 13th.

The Trojans (6-3, 4-2 Pac-12) have righted the ship, having won three-straight games (all against conference opponents). Last time out, USC battled in a back-and-forth game at home against Arizona and ultimately pulled out the 38-30 win. The Trojans and Wildcats traded the lead a few times until Ronald Jones II broke loose for a 74-yard touchdown run to give USC some breathing room and the win. The running tandem of Jones II and Justin Davis powered the Trojan offense, combining for 35 carries, 262 rushing yards and four total touchdowns. Cody Kessler (22-of-36, 243 yards, 2 TD) and JuJu Smith-Schuster (8 rec, 131 yards, TD) also did their part to help USC outpace Arizona. The win made USC bowl eligible, which seemed unlikely a few weeks ago as the program was in the midst of chaos.

After beating Oregon State a few weeks back the Buffaloes (4-6, 1-5 Pac-12) have lost two straight — No. 24 UCLA (35-31) last week and No. 11 Stanford (42-10) at home. Heisman hopeful Christian McCaffrey, who carried the ball 23 times for 147 yards and showed of his arm firing a 28-yard touchdown pass, dominated Colorado. Midway through the first quarter, the Buffaloes were able to knot up the score at seven, but the Cardinal fired off 21 straight points to bury Colorado. The Buffaloes entered last week ranked fifth in the nation in average plays per game (82.9), but the Cardinal held them to just 53, their lowest total since 2012 against, you guessed it, Stanford.

USC and Colorado will get together for the 10th time Friday night in a series that dates back to 1927. The Buffaloes are still searching for their first win against the Trojans, who hold a 9-0 advantage.

Below is everything you need to know about the game, including the USC vs. Colorado online live stream, TV broadcast information, game notes and prediction.

    • Kickoff Time: 9:00 p.m. ET

USC has been a solid road team, beating Arizona State and Cal and almost knocking off ND. It’s a trend that’ll continue Friday night. Interim head coach Clay Helton will keep riding his backs, using Jones and Davis to set up Kessler on play-action. The Buffaloes lack the front seven personnel to stand up the retooled Trojan offensive line or make clutch stops. USC will make it four in a row, setting the stage for two huge season-ending games against Oregon and UCLA.

    Game Notes

    • Friday night’s game is just the fifth time USC has played a Friday game since 1990 (but the second time versus Colorado in that span) and the Trojans have won each of them.
    • Colorado QB QB Sefo Liufau entered the season without scoring a rushing touchdown in his career, but now has five this year; that’s the most scored in a season by CU quarterback since 2006 (7, Bernard Jackson).
    • USC’s offense continues to roll as it ranks in the national Top 25 in completion percentage, passing efficiency, scoring, passing yards and total yards.
