As part of the CBE Classic in Kansas City, Mo., the North Carolina Tar Heels (3-1) will take on the Northwestern Wildcats (3-0) in the Sprint Center.
After taking its first loss on the chin from Northern Iowa on Saturday night, the Tar Heels will turn to Justin 
Two weeks ago, no one would have guessed that Northwestern would be the undefeated team going into this matchup, but the ‘Cats have played well. Bryant McIntosh will lead the way with his per-game average of 21.3 points and 6.3 assists. The Wildcats are coming off an 83-80 win in overtime against Columbia.

Prediction
Going just on a gut feeling, it’s hard to see UNC losing two games in a row. Even with Marcus Paige out — don’t underestimate how big that loss is — Roy Williams’ Tar Heels have a dynamic duo of shot blocking in Meeks and Brice Johnson. They’ll come up big defensively and on the boards. The scoring will be fairly distributed, but UNC will come out with a win and give Northwestern its first loss of the year.
