In the CBE Classic championship, the North Carolina Tar Heels (4-1) will take on the Kansas State Wildcats (4-0) in the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Mo.

Prediction

Even without Marcus Paige, it’s hard to pick against the Tar Heels in this one. Kansas State only shoots 26.9 percent from three while UNC is knocking down 32.6 percent of its triples. Meeks wil continue to stuff his stat line. He and Brice Johnson will control the boards, and Jackson will provide some additional scoring that the Wildcats won’t be able to match.

Carolina leads the all-time series with Kansas
State, 4-1, and has won three consecutive
meetings in the series.
The Wildcats’ only win over Caroilna came
on Dec. 16, 1960, at Kansas State in Ahearn
Fieldhouse. Prior to that, UNC beat KSU in Raleigh
at Reynolds Coliseum. Both of those games
came under Tar Heel Hall of Fame head coach.
Jackson, who had a career-high 25 points
in the loss at Northern Iowa, posted the first
