Tim Hart's decommitment from Tennessee was explained in a message he tweeted out. The 3-star recruit was displeased with the coaching staff.

Butch Jones has been in this game for a long time. He knows the ups and downs of college football. He knows every inch and how things go.
The same holds true for the recruiting trail.
Going into his fourth year with Tennessee, Jones has tried his best to lure top talent to Knoxville, Tenn. But, with a 21-17 overall record with the Volunteers, it just hasn’t worked out as well as he’s hoped — yet.
With National Signing Day two weeks away, Jones is looking to make a big push with this 2016 recruiting class. But on Monday, the Vols hit a small bump in the road.
Three-star inside linebacker Tim Hart decommitted from Tennessee, but that may not be the most notable detail. Hart, the nation’s No. 14 inside linebacker and No. 388 overall recruit, opened up on why he decommitted.
He put it all in a message, which he then tweeted out, explaining what led to his decision.
Is there time for the Vols to sway Hart back to Knoxville? Sure. But two weeks can go by quicker than one would think.
National Signing Day is right around the corner, and Jones will be forced to make some decisions that could alter the route of the program’s future.
