    California vs. Texas

Final Score: California 45, Texas 44

    1. Texas almost came up with a program-changer of a comeback scoring three touchdowns in the fourth – helped by two touchdown runs from Jerrod Heard from 13 and 45 yards out – but Nick Rose missed an extra point after the second Heard score with just over a minute to play that would’ve tied the game.

    2. Down 24-14, Cal rolled up 31 straight points with two Vic Enwere scoring runs from one-yard out and highlighted by a 74-yard scoring dash from Khalfani Muhammad at the end of the third quarter. But that was it for the Bear scoring.

    3. Jonathan Gray ran for two short scores for the Longhorns in the second quarter, and Heard started off the scoring with a two-yard scoring dash.
