Black recently named the Alabama Crimson Tide the leader in his recruitment. The other schools in consideration are Auburn, Michigan, Stanford and UCLA.
“They [Alabama] have everything — wide receiver production, national championships, tradition and development from the coaching staff,” Black said about the Crimson Tide.
Despite his opinion of Nick Saban’s team, Jim Harbaugh’s Wolverines still appear to be a real threat to land the 6-foot-4, 206 pound prospect.
Black received a visit from Harbaugh on Dec. 7. Gus Malzahn also paid him a visit two days earlier.
He took his most recent visit to see the Wolverines, though he also checked out Alabama and Auburn during the season.
Black is listed as the nation’s No. 99 overall recruit and No. 1 wide receiver in the East.
