SEC Football predictions and schedule for Week 8 of the 2016 season. Tuscaloosa will once again be the center of the college football when Alabama and Texas A&M square off.

The Texas A&M Aggies and Alabama Crimson Tide will offer perhaps the biggest matchup of SEC conference play this season, as they face each other in Tuscaloosa this weekend.

Both are coming off wins against Tennessee, yet those wins came in very different fashions. Whereas Alabama steamrolled the Volunteers last week in Knoxville, Texas A&M needed overtime to get past Tennessee two weeks ago in College Station. If the Aggies can pull of ht upset, it’ll end Alabama’s 18-game win streak, and their personal three-game streak versus A&M.

Two other ranked matchups make the SEC the marquee conference to watch this weekend. Arkansas looks to carry momentum from last week’s win over Ole Miss to The Plains, as they face a resurgent Auburn team. As for Ole Miss, the Rebels will try rebound under the lights in Tiger Stadium against an LSU team that is now 2-0 under interim head coach Ed Orgeron.

SEC action kicks off on Saturday with South Carolina hosting non-conference foe UMass.
