SEC bowl projections heading into Week 12. Alabama is the league’s sole College Football Playoff hope.
On a day in which several College Football Playoff contenders were upset, the Alabama machine continued to roll.
Jalen Hurts passed for career highs of 347 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for 100 yards in less than three quarters of action in an easy 51-3 win over Mississippi State. The Crimson Tide will be No. 1 once again in the CFP rankings this week.
Meanwhile, LSU and Auburn switched bowl spots this week, as a Sugar Bowl between the Bayou Bengals and Oklahoma would be quite enticing based off of how each team has performed after rough starts to the season.
