February 6, 2017Four-star offensive tackle Qadir White’s recruitment is heating up, and he currently has five schools on top of the heap.
Five programs are standing above the rest for four-star offensive tackle Qadir White.
White, from The Bronx, New York, recently told 247Sports he currently likes Boston College, Georgia, Miami, Rutgers and Syracuse, in no particular order. He named the Scarlet Knights his leader in the beginning of January 2017.
“I am gathering information on my top schools and also planning on which schools I will visit this summer” White said. “I definitely plan on visiting Georgia, Miami, and Penn State.”
He attended junior day at BC and Rutgers in the end of January, and unofficially visited Syracuse in mid-January. He plans to attend the Nittany Lions’ junior day in February.
White has take several unofficial visit to Rutgers since picking up his offer on June 5, 2016.
“The Rutgers staff continues to just show me a lot of love on all of the visits I take there. They make me feel comfortable.”
Coaches from Georgia, Maryland, Ohio State and Rutgers all paid visits in the month of January.
White is listed at 6’7″ and 291 pounds, and is ranked the No. 21 offensive tackle and No. 259 overall player per 247Sports Composite.
He currently plans to make his announcement following his senior season.
