Projected AP college basketball rankings for Week 18 of the 2015-16 season. Here’s how we predict the top 25 will look.

It took until the end of the regular season for it to happen, but there was finally some semblance of stability with the AP Top 25 teams.

No. 7 Miami was the only top-10 team to lose last week. The Hurricanes finished their regular season with a loss on the road to Virginia Tech, 77-62, on Saturday.

Roy Williams’ Tar Heels found their revenge against rival Duke. After falling to the Blue Devils on its home floor on Feb. 17, UNC picked up a solid 76-72 victory over Duke on Saturday.

Here’s how we expect the AP Top 25 college basketball rankings to look as conference tournament play ramps up.

    1. Kansas (27-4), RPI: .6658

On Monday, the Jayhawks absolutely dismantled the Texas Longhorns, 86-56. Kansas followed that up by ending its regular season with an 85-78 win over Iowa State on Saturday.

    2. Michigan State (26-5), RPI: .6200

Tom Izzo’s Spartans cruised by Rutgers on Wednesday, 97-66. Michigan State wrapped up its regular season with a 91-76 victory against Ohio State on Saturday.

    3. Villanova (27-4), RPI: .6508

    4. Virginia (24-6), RPI: .6563

Virginia took down Clemson on Tuesday, 64-57, and then the Cavaliers followed up that performance with a victory over the Louisville Cardinals, 68-46, on Saturday.

    5. Xavier (26-4), RPI: .6407

The Musketeers had a pretty light schedule this past week with only one home game against Creighton. Xavier took care of the Bluejays, 98-93, to wrap up its regular season.
