Plaxico Burress called out Jim Harbaugh in a tweet about the head coach’s recruiting tactics.

It wouldn’t be a normal day if Jim Harbaugh didn’t anger somebody in the football world. Though it seems as if Tuesday’s issue is more of an old rehash by somebody looking to stir the pot.

Former Michigan State wide receiver Plaxico Burress is the latest to take a shot at the Michigan head coach, who’s holding team practices down at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.

Burress tweeted out his thoughts on Harbaugh and the coach’s recruiting antics, all while promoting the Michigan State brand.

“Looks like J Harbaugh is pulling out all stops to get kids to Michigan. We @MSU_Football just believe in the product. Don’t have to sell us.”

Although, if you ask 4-star offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson, a 2017 target for Michigan, Burress’ shot (no pun intended) at Harbaugh is laughable.

Nowadays, it seems as though there are plenty of participants willing to throw hands over Harbaugh bringing his team to the Sunshine State. Ask UGA head coach Kirby Smart or SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey what they think about the Wolverines promoting their brand in the richest football recruiting pipeline in the country.

It’s an interesting cage match forming before our very eyes, with Harbaugh persistently ruffling feathers and bringing in haters from the woodwork.
