    Jeff Bartl

This one will be worse than Greg Schiano’s “failure to control” mishap. The former Rutgers coach will watch his Ohio State defense that current Rutgers coach Chris Ash helped build shut down the Scarlet Knights in a rout. J.T. Barrett will account for five touchdowns and Urban Meyer will somehow find a way to be unhappy with a 44-point victory.

    Jonathan Bass

At +38, can Rutgers cover? Can Chris Ash keep his team within five touchdowns and a field goal? Yeah, why not. Ohio State only wins by 35.

    Jordan Cornette

Ohio State is the most talented team in college football, and the most balanced on both sides of the football. J.T. Barrett will light up the scoreboard, as this one gets away from Rutgers very early. It’ll be a much needed blowout for the Buckeyes, allowing the first team guys some rest to avoid any more injuries to a roster than has taken some hits.

    Robert Judin

Sorry, Chris Ash, but you’re not taking down your old team yet. J.T. Barrett will lead the charge even with the Buckeyes being banged up. He’ll throw for 200-plus yards and a couple touchdowns, but Barrett will also sneak into the end zone on the ground, too. For Ash and Urban Meyer, this is pretty much when the little brother moves away and comes back looking to assert himself as the alpha. But big brother will remain supreme here.

    Dave Miller

Rutgers fans would love nothing more than to see first-year head coach Chris Ash take down mentor Urban Meyer. The problem is that the Scarlet Knights just don’t have the material to compete with the Buckeyes for four quarters. J.T. Barrett and his offense won’t face much resistance from the Scarlet Knights’ defense, while the Rutgers offense will have problems moving the football against the Buckeyes’ defenders. OSU wins easily.
