Defensive end Bradley Chubb spit on the Florida State Seminoles’ logo after North Carolina State pulled off a stunner in Week 4.

After North Carolina State spoiled Florida’s State 2017 home opener, Wolfpack defensive end Bradley Chubb added to the insult. Chubb was seen on camera running towards midfield and it appeared he spit on the Seminoles’ logo.

Chubb apologized after the game through the North Carolina State Twitter account.

Florida State fell to 0-2 on the season with the loss. It was the Seminoles’ first game in three weeks after their first two games were postponed because of Hurricane Irma.

Florida State started slow and trailed 10-0 early in the second quarter before true freshman quarterback James Blackman found Auden Tate for a four-yard touchdown. North Carolina State answered at the end of the half as Jakobi Meyers did most of the work on a 71-yard touchdown pass.

North Carolina State put the game away in the fourth quarter when Ryan Finley hooked up with Jaylen Samuels for a 14-yard touchdown. Finley finished the game with two touchdowns and 230 passing yards.

North Carolina State improved to 3-1 on the season with their lone loss coming to South Carolina in the first week of the season. Florida State will look to record their first win with a trip to Wake Forest in Week 5.
