Campus Insiders’ 1-128 college football rankings heading into Week 13 of the season. After the third weekend in November, this is how all 128 FBS teams grade out.

While we didn’t experience College Football Playoff #chaos this past week, the action on the field certainly did not disappoint.

Starting with Houston’s throttling of Louisville on Thursday night and culminating with USC’s win over UCLA at the Rose Bowl, contenders continued to get separated from pretenders. But which four teams will ultimately comprise the third College Football Playoff?

Once again this week I am projecting an Alabama-Washington Peach Bowl and a Michigan-Clemson Fiesta Bowl. But there are still plenty of teams alive for a CFP bid.

102. Iowa State (3-8) – The much-improved Cyclones pounded Texas Tech in one of the more stunning victories in school history. Quarterback Joel Lanning tied a school record with five rushing touchdowns, and Jacob Park threw for 285 yards and two scores in a 66-10 win.

74. Oregon (4-7) – Justin Herbert connected with Darren Carrington for a 17-yard touchdown pass with two seconds remaining to give the Ducks a 30-28 upset victory over Utah, putting the Utes’ hopes of a Pac-12 championship game appearance in jeopardy.

42. Miami (7-4) – A week after securing bowl eligibility for the ninth straight season, Mark Walton ran for three second-half touchdowns to help the Hurricanes claim a 27-13 win over NC State. Walton ran for 120 yards to crack the 1,000-yard mark on the season.

10. Oklahoma State (9-2) – Mason Rudolph ran for two touchdowns and threw for another score as the Cowboys won their seventh consecutive game, 31-6 over TCU.

9. USC (8-3) – Sam Darnold passed for 267 yards and hit De’Quan Hampton for two touchdowns, leading the Trojans past UCLA, 36-14, in the Los Angeles rivals’ 86th crosstown showdown.

8. Oklahoma (9-2) – Baker Mayfield threw two touchdown passes and ran for two more scores as the Sooners scored four times off of turnovers to beat West Virginia, 56-28.

7. Western Michigan (11-0) – Zach Terrell passed for a career-high 445 yards and four touchdowns to help the Broncos remain undefeated with a 38-0 victory over Buffalo.

6. Wisconsin (9-2) – T.J. Watt returned an interception 17 yards for a touchdown, and the Badgers scored 35 points in the final eight-plus minutes of the first half of a 49-20 victory over the Boilermakers.

5. Washington (10-1) – Jake Browning threw for 338 yards and two touchdowns to help the Huskies rout Arizona State, 44-18, to remain in the College Football Playoff mix.

4. Clemson (10-1) – Deshaun Watson rushed for two touchdowns and threw for another score, and the Tigers clinched a spot in the ACC title game by taking a 35-13 decision over Wake Forest.

3. Michigan (10-1) – De’Veon Smith ran for two touchdowns in a 3:33 span late in the third quarter, finishing with a career-high 158 yards on the ground, to help the Wolverines notch a 20-10 win over feisty Indiana.

2. Ohio State (10-1) – Mike Weber ran for 111 yards and a touchdown to help the Buckeyes hold off Michigan State, 17-16, after the Spartans missed a two-point conversion with 4:41 remaining.

1. Alabama (11-0) – Jalen Hurts passed for three touchdowns and rushed for 68 yards to help the Crimson Tide overcome a slow start and beat FCS Chattanooga, 31-3.
