Nick Saban surprised one Alabama fan during his Thursday radio show with the offer of a lifetime.
During the weekly “Hey Coach & The Nick Saban Show” on Thursday at Bob’s Victory Grille, Alabama head coach Nick Saban made one fan’s wish come true.
James, a guest on the show from Limestone County, is a longtime, diehard Crimson Tide fan, yet he has never been able to watch his beloved team in person. Saban, however, is going to change that.
“What I think we ought to do James because I really do appreciate your spirit and your support and your love of the program here,” Saban told James, who applauded the Bama head coach for how he conducted himself. “I certainly appreciated your comments about me personally. But if you want to see an Alabama football game that much, I think you ought to and I think we ought to find out some kind of way what your name and address is, and make you a guest to one of our games.
“I’d love to do that,” Saban added.
