Power 32 NCAA Basketball Rankings for Week 16 of the 2015-16 season. Villanova has taken over the top spot from Kansas.

College basketball has been an upside-down, irrational roller coaster this season. Being ranked in the AP Top 25 hasn’t meant much because teams have been dropping like flies, making upsets more common than a head cold.

In another classic edition of the “Tobacco Road” rivalry, North Carolina fell to Duke in the Dean E. Smith Center when Roy Williams dramatically chose not to use a timeout as a last-second shot from Joel Berry II was blocked at the buzzer.

The Tar Heels bounced back with a dominating win over the No. 11 Miami Hurricanes.

Villanova and Kansas each picked up two wins to stay atop the rankings. The Wildcats handled Temple and Butler, while the Jayhawks rolled over Oklahoma State and beat Kansas State by nine points.

Below are the latest Power 32 NCAA Basketball Rankings for Week 16 of the college basketball season.
