Nate Craig-Myers commits to the Auburn Tigers on National Signing Day.

It’s called the recruiting “cycle” for a reason, and things really have come full circle for the nation’s No. 8 wide receiver. After decommitting from the Tigers last May, Nate Craig-Myers committed to Auburn on National Signing Day.

It’s a huge deal for the Tigers to land Craig-Myers and pair him with fellow 4-star wide receiver Eli Stove and 4-star quarterback Woody Barrett.

Craig-Myers was considering Florida, Florida State and Ole Miss, too. But toward the end, he whittled his choices down to Auburn and North Carolina before ending up with Gus Malzahn and the Tigers.

    Laquon Treadwell WR

There are more than a few similarities between Nate Craig-Myers and the potential first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, Laquon Treadwell. Ole Miss tried hard to land NCM because of that, too. Craig-Myers has strong hands and elite size at 6-foot-2, 205 lbs. Just like Treadwell, you can get the ball to NCM on the perimeter and let him wreck secondaries in the screen game. He attacks the ball in the air and does a great job of creating separation. His acceleration and vision make him a dynamic threat at wide receiver.
