Texas A&M will be without defensive end Myles Garrett and receivers Ricky Seals-Jones and Speedy Noil because of an injuries when the Aggies face South Carolina on Saturday afternoon.

Texas A&M won’t have one of the most feared defensive players in the nation when the Aggies visit the South Carolina Gamecocks on Saturday.

All-American defensive end Myles Garrett is dealing with a left ankle injury that will keep him out this week. Garrett suffered the injury in last Saturday night’s win over Arkansas and sat out briefly before returning.

The issue apparently worsened throughout the week. Garrett has three sacks and five tackles for loss for the No. 9 Aggies.

As Olivia Harlan reports, Garrett won’t be the only standout player missing Saturday’s game. Wide receiver Ricky Seals-Jones, who has 10 receptions for 175 yards, also didn’t travel to South Carolina because of an injury. Fellow receiver Speedy Noil didn’t make the trip, either.

Garrett had two sacks and Seals-Jones finished with six receptions for 88 yards in Texas A&M’s 35-28 win over South Carolina last year.
