Eight games will involve MW teams this week, highlighted by the upset-minded San Jose State Spartans traveling to Auburn to take on the Tigers. Venue: Kidd Brewer Stadium
The Mountaineers have been moving the ball with a balanced offense between quarterback Taylor Lamb and running back Marcus Cox, while the defense has pitched two shutouts. Wyoming will depend on quarterback Cameron Coffman and running backs Brian Hill and Shaun Wick to keep up on the scoreboard, but the task will be too tall.

A battle of service academies takes place in Annapolis. Midshipmen quarterback Keenan Reynolds looks to continue his good start to the season, rushing for nine touchdowns in just three games. Air Force brings in a defense that is capable of stopping the Navy ground game, giving up only three yards per carry. The Midshipmen win a close one.

New Mexico State running back Larry Rose is the stud for the Aggies offense, but quarterback Tyler Rogers has the ability to stretch the field with receivers Teldrick Morgan and Tyrian Taylor. They won’t be enough to overcome New Mexico’s ability to strike on big plays.
