1. Brent Stockstill threw five touchdown passes to go along with three Jordan Parker rushing scores on the way to a blowout Middle Tennessee win. Terry Pettis started the scoring on a 76-yard catch, and Parker followed it up with a 62-yard scoring dash and a four-yarder for a 21-0 lead.

2. Charlotte’s fun moment came on a kickoff return for a score, but Middle Tennessee answered right back with a 75-yard Terry Pettis catch on the next play. Ed’Marques Battles made it 49-7 with three straight scoring grabs from 75, nine and 35 yards out.

3. Charlotte turned it over seven times with Jeremy Cutrer coming up with two picks.
