The Michigan spring game is coming up fast. Here’s all the info, including date, time and how to watch the Wolverines’ spring game.
With all the controversy over holding practice in Florida, head coach Jim Harbaugh sending out Tweets at fellow coaches and athletic directors, and so on, it’s easy to forget that Michigan went 10-3 last season and will be one of the favorites to win the Big Ten this year
The Wolverines will be looking to find a front-runner in the quarterback position race during the spring, with John O’Korn considered the favorite as of right now. However, nothing is given during spring practices and Shane Morris is looking to challenge O’Korn.
Like every Harbaugh offense, pounding the ball will be crucial. DeVeon Smith returns as the top option at running back, but Drake Johnson and Karan Higdon will also get reps.
One of the nation’s top defenses last season, the secondary will miss leader Jarrod Wilson, with Dymonte Thomas and Delano Hill expected to pick up the role. Switching from the secondary to linebacker is junior Jabrill Peppers, who broke up ten passes last season while playing both cornerback and safety.
