    Michigan Basketball Team’s Plane Skids Off Runway

    The Michigan basketball team's plane aborted takeoff due to heavy winds on Wednesday, then skidded off the runway. The accident caused significant damage to the plane, but fortunately everyone on board was evacuated safely.

    The Michigan basketball team’s plane aborted takeoff due to heavy winds on Wednesday, then skidded off the runway. The accident caused significant damage to the plane, but fortunately everyone on board was evacuated safely.

    The Wolverines were traveling to Washington, D.C. for the Big Ten tournament. Team manager Tyler Davis posted a video of the aftermath on Twitter.
