Mecole Hardman Jr. has made his college decision. The 5-star prospect will announce where he'll play on National Signing Day morning.
February 1, 2016Mecole Hardman Jr. is on the verge of making one collegiate offense much more lethal. The Elberton, Ga. native can make big plays with the ball in his hands, which is why he’s been so heavily recruited around the country.
Hardman is just a couple of days away from announcing his highly-anticipated decision, which, according to Scout.com’s Chad Simmons, has already been made.
The home-state Georgia Bulldogs are considered to be the favorite to land Hardman’s commitment. Adding a player with his talent to the same class as 5-star quarterback Jacob Eason and No. 1 tight end Isaac Nauta would form a potent combination.
But don’t count out the closing abilities of the other powerhouse programs in the running. Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State and Tennessee are all considered to be in the mix. And all have considerable pitches for why Hardman should leave his backyard.
Hardman will announce on National Signing Day from Elbert County High School at 8:30 a.m. EST.
