    Maryland vs. South Florida

    Final Score: Maryland 35, South Florida 17

    1. In his first start, Caleb Rowe threw four touchdown passes with his 12-yarder to Avery Edwards making it 28-10 in the third.

    2. USF started out the scoring with a four-yard Rodney Adams touchdown run, but turnovers became a problem. A seven-yard Quinton Flowers touchdown run in the third made it interesting, but a second Edwards touchdown catch put it away.

    3. Tavion Jacobs caught a 70-yard touchdown pass for a 14-7 Terp lead in the first.

    South Florida

    – Quinton Flowers completed 10-of-19 passes for 60 yards and a score with a pick, and ran 24 times for 85 yards and a touchdown.

    – USF ran 50 times for 240 yards and a touchdown.

    – USF turned it over twice and was penalized ten times for 105 yards.

    Maryland

    – Caleb Rowe completed 21-of-33 passes for 297 yards and four scores with three picks.

    – Brandon Ross ran 18 times for 68 yards and a score.

    – Maryland was penalized 12 times for 120 yards and turned it over three times.
