The recruitment of 4-star cornerback Latavious Brini is starting to take shape.
Brini, from Hialeah Gardens, Fla., hopped on Twitter Friday morning to release his top 10 schools. The nation’s No. 23 cornerback and No. 247 overall player in the 2017 class showed a lot of love to the SEC by including Alabama, Florida, Auburn and Georgia in his top five.
Brini didn’t stop there though. In addition to updating the Twitter world with the schools doing well in his recruitment, he also tweeted out a list of teams falling behind.
It’s essentially a personal not-top five of programs he’s interested in but are failing at recruiting him.
You don’t see recruits give backhanded compliments very often. That should be a wake-up call for Mississippi State, Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas and Temple.
