Four-star athlete Jordan Moore is ready to commit more than a year out from 2018 National Signing Day.

One of the top athletes in the 2018 recruiting class is ready to make his college decision. Jordan Moore, ranked as the No. 4 athlete, revealed on Friday that he plans to announce his commitment on Saturday, Dec. 24 at 5:00 p.m.

A prospect out of Yoakum, Texas, Moore released his top 10 list earlier in December, which included, in alphabetical order, Florida State, Houston, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas, Texas A&M.

However, the home-state Aggies and Longhorns are believed to be the two in the lead for his services.

Moore plays both ways for Yoakum High School. He’s listed at 5’11” and 170 pounds, and has an estimated 40-yard dash time of 4.50 seconds.

Scout ranks him as the No. 120 overall prospect in the 2018 class, and No. 3 athlete in the state of Texas. He has visited both Texas and Texas A&M multiple times in 2016, and has also checked out Baylor and Houston.

With the Cougars making the cut, it’ll be interesting to see if Tom Herman’s prior recruitment of him at Houston will transfer into success for the Longhorns. Come Christmas Eve, we’ll find out.
