Jordan Fuller commits to the Ohio State Buckeyes over Michigan, Notre Dame and Penn State.

    February 2, 2016

The Ohio State Buckeyes picked up another top recruit with the commitment of 4-star cornerback Jordan Fuller on Monday night. He’s ranked as the nation’s No. 10 cornerback and No. 127 overall player for the 2016 class, and is Ohio State’s 23rd commit.

Fuller, from Old Tappan, NJ, chose the Buckeyes over rival Michigan, Penn State and Notre Dame.

Like we’ve seen many recruits do nowadays, he filmed a video announcing his commitment.

Brian Dohn of Scout.com caught up with Fuller to discuss his decision. It was a combination of what the university can provide for him as a developing football player and professional that ultimately convinced him to head to Columbus, Ohio.

“I chose Ohio State because I truly believe they push their players, for sure, but I also know they take care of them on and off the field,” Fuller said. “I know I will be developed. I will get stronger, I will get faster and I will improve my smarts for the game, and also I will be able to network with some very powerful people and set myself up for life after football.
