The Buckeyes added another top recruit to their 2017 class this past weekend when 4-star athlete J.K. Dobbins committed. Meyer dipped into La Grange, Tex. to sway the state’s No. 1 athlete and nation’s No. 111 overall prospect.

Dobbins sent out the following tweet announcing his decision to take his talents to Ohio State.

The Buckeyes now have 13 commitments for the 2017 class, 11 of which are rated four stars or better. Ten of the commitments are ranked No. 230 in the nation or higher.

Dobbins is the second recruit to pledge to Ohio State in March, joining running back Antjuan Simmons, who Meyer plucked out of Ann Arbor, Mich.
