March 28, 2016Jalen Reagor committed to Oklahoma, giving the Sooners another playmaking wide receiver in their 2017 class.
Sunday night turned what would have been an otherwise slow weekend for the Oklahoma Sooners into yet another big moment on the recruiting trail.
Four-star wide receiver Jalen Reagor, from Waxahachie, Texas, committed to Oklahoma within moments of fellow 4-star wide receiver Charleston Rambo announcing his commitment.
Reagor, the No. 27 wide receiver and No. 193 overall prospect, sent out his decision on Twitter with a couple of edited photos of him donning Sooners apparel.

Reagor is measured at 6-foot, 182 lbs and embodies a typical playmaker in Oklahoma’s passing game. He’s a vertical threat who uses his speed to create separation downfield. Reagor high-points the football and can leap over just about any defensive back.
The area he needs to work on the most is simply gaining size. If Reagor can tack on about 10 lbs without losing any explosiveness, Stoops will have an even more dangerous weapon to work with – assuming Reagor stick with his commitment through National Signing Day.
He and Rambo now form a Texas trio of wide receivers for Oklahoma. Stoops landed a commitment from Richmond, Texas native CeeDee Lamb in early December.
