    1. All concerns about the Georgia passing game went away as Greyson Lambert set an NCAA record for completion percentage completing 24-of-25 throws. The Bulldogs took a 17-3 lead on a two-yard Nick Chubb run and a 21-yard dash from Sony Michel, the game turned into a rout when Greyson Lambert threw three touchdown passes including two to Michel from 11 yards out in the third.

    2. South Carolina hung around with two Elliott Fry field goals and a four-yard Perry Orth touchdown run, but 21 straight points in the third quarter put it away for the Dawgs.

    3. Chubb went over the 2,000-yard career mark and came up with a seven-yard fourth quarter touchdown run, and Keith Marshall ran for a three-yard score in the fourth.

    Georgia

    – Greyson Lambert completed 24-of-25 passes for 330 yards and three touchdowns, to go along with ten rushing yards.

    – Nick Chubb ran 21 times for 159 yards and two touchdowns. Malcolm Mitchell caught eight passes for 122 yards and a score.

    – Georgia converted 1-of-4 third down chances.

    South Carolina

    – Perry Orth completed 6-of-17 passes for 66 yards and a pick, and a rushing score. Lorenzo Nunez completed 4-of-5 passes for 18 yards along with a team-leading 76 yards and a score on ten carries.

    – South Carolina was outgained 576 yards to 258.

    – Georgia averaged 13.2 yards per pass. South Carolina 3.7.
