FSU football recruiting update, as the Seminoles have quietly pieced together a top five class.

It’s pretty impressive what Jimbo Fisher has been able to do in this 2016 recruiting cycle.

With the majority of the spotlight on Kirby Smart at Georgia, Jim McElwain at Florida, Jim Harbaugh at Michign and, of course, Nick Saban at Alabama, Fisher has quietly assembled a huge class for Florida State.

The most recent commit picked up by FSU was on Jan. 2, when 4-star linebacker Keion Joyner announced he’d be signing with the Seminoles.

And with a group of seven early enrollees, led by 4-star quarterback Malik Henry, it seems as though the state of FSU football is in good hands.

Below is an overview of Florida State’s recruiting class, which ranks No. 4 in the nation, according to the 247Sports Composite team rankings.
