The past two Patriot League champions will clash on Saturday as the No. 13/15 Fordham Rams travel to Easton, PA to take on the Lafayette Leopards.

Fordham is coming off a big, 54-31 win over Monmouth last week to improve to 3-1 on the 2015 season. Junior QB Kevin Anderson continued to show why he’s one of the best in the Patriot League, becoming the first Ram in school history to throw five touchdowns in consecutive games. Anderson tossed five TDs in week three vs. Columbia and last week vs. Monmouth.

Lafayette is riding into its Patriot League opener with a little more confidence having notched its first win of the season, a 35-24 victory over Wagner last week. The Leopards hope that QB Drew Reed can continue his strong play as he connected on 23-of-34 passes for 308 yards and four scores.

The Rams and Leopards will get together Saturday for their 34th meeting all-time. Lafayette holds the upper hand in the series with a 22-10-1 edge, and 12-5-1 record at home vs. Fordham.
