Conference USA starts out Week 3 of its football season with a battle between Buffalo and Florida Atlantic in Boca Raton at noon on Saturday. The Owls are still looking for their first win on the short season.

At 2:30 p.m. ET, Rice travels to in-state foe North Texas to take on the Mean Green.

A couple of 3:30 p.m. ET kickoffs see Marshall host Norfolk State and UTSA travel to Stillwater to take on No. 25 Oklahoma State.

In evening action, Southern Miss takes on the Texas State Bobcats in a battle of 1-1 teams while Old Dominion hosts ACC member NC State. Those kickoffs are both at 7:00 p.m. ET.
