A lot has happened in the last week, and it certainly shows in the 2017 recruiting class rankings.
We have two new schools to talk about, as both Colorado and Oregon have climbed into the top 25. Willie Taggart managed to snag 3-star athlete Bruce Judson, who once committed to Taggart at USF.
Colorado didn’t add any commits, but a re-ranking of the prospects dropped Arkansas from its spot at No. 25 and gave it to the Buffaloes.
There was some change to the top 10 as well. LSU managed to flip 4-star linebacker Jacob Phillips from Oklahoma, but the Sooners still sit in the top five, and the Tigers bumped up only one spot to No. 6.
And, for a brief moment, Jim McElwain’s Gators fell outside of the top 30 when 4-star cornerback Elijah Blades backed off his commitment. However, Florida replaced him with 4-star cornerback Brad Stewart and 3-star linebacker Nick Smith in order to hop back up to 23. However, on Sunday night, the Gators flipped 3-star safety Donovan Stiner from Houston and slid up to No. 18.
