“These four players have been a big part of the progress this program has made during their time here,” head coach Chris Petersen said in a statement. “We wish them all the success in the world as they pursue their professional goals.”

Adios, Lubbock – Patrick Mahomes II led the NCAA in passing yards this season, throwing for 5,052 yards and 41 touchdowns as a junior at Texas Tech. He will now take his arm to the next level, having announced that he is entering the NFL Draft.
