Campus Insiders Announces the Winners of the
    Inaugural Guest Reporter Search

    Monday, January 4, 2016 – Chicago, IL

Campus Insiders concluded its first-ever Guest Reporter Search campaign with the announcement of the winner, Cameron Rogers, a Junior studying Broadcast Journalism at the University of Maryland.

Among an active pool of entrants, Rogers received plenty of support as he launched his own social media support campaign, including tweets from celebrities Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic.

He also appeared on the ESPN New Hampshire radio station, where he holds a weekly segment on Saturdays speaking about his positive experience with the campaign.

“I am truly honored to be the Campus Insiders Guest Reporter. The campaign was an experience I’ll never forget,” said Rogers. “There aren’t enough Hallmark cards in the U.S. that can show my gratitude for my family, friends and fellow broadcasters who helped out on social media. I am so grateful for all my supporters, especially my friends from my hometown of Nashua, New Hampshire and the University of Maryland.”

Rogers will join members of the Campus Insiders team on site in Phoenix, Arizona, during the College Football Playoff Championship week.
