    Big Ten football picks and spreads for Week 7. Undefeated Ohio State will welcome 5-1 Penn State to The Shoe on Saturday night for a primetime showdown. Will Urban Meyer’s team continue to roll towards another College Football Playoff berth, or can James Franklin and the Nittany Lions pull the shocking upset?     Iowa vs. Northwestern
