Homefield advantage and quarterback play will swing this one in Air Force’s favor. The Midshipmen haven’t really skipped a beat since Tago Smith went down with the season-ending ACL injury, but they’ll feel his absence in this first leg of the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy.

Yeah, so, a lot of my relatives served in the Navy. I was raised to favor the Midshipmen. And Ken Niumatalolo has kept Navy going strong since his first full season as head coach in 2008. Air Force is off to a 3-0 start, too, but this one goes to Navy. Will Worth and Chris High will run for days. Anchors Aweigh!

    Dave Miller

It’s a battle of the unbeaten, as both squads try to ultimately win the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy. The Falcons are averaging 359.3 yards per game on the ground, so Midshipmen linebacker D.J. Palmore and that defense will have their hands full. I think this is a game in which Navy misses quarterback Tago Smith, who was injured in the season opener. A late Luke Strebel field goal is the difference in a Falcons victory.

    Brian Stultz

This game will last approximately two hours as the two teams love to run the ball and only throw when absolutely necessary. The altitude of Colorado will eventually catch up to the Midshipmen, and the Falcons soar up into the wild blue yonder with a win.
