To tell you the truth, I’m tired of Boise State. The Broncos are a good time, but how they’ve been ranked ahead of those Broncos from Kalamazoo in the CFP standings is mind-boggling to me. I’d love to say Air Force wins this game, but I just think that Boi … ah, forget it. Let’s go Falcons!

Jeremy McNichols is the best player that nobody outside of Idaho talks about. He has 2,025 total yards from scrimmage and 26 total touchdowns, yet is overshadowed in the conference by Donnel Pumphrey and on his team by Brett Rypien. If Boise State hadn’t been upended by Wyoming, McNichols would be a trendy outsider to reach New York for the Heisman ceremony in a weak year. Boise gashes a normally stout Air Force defense and wins.
Dave Miller
The Broncos have recorded three consecutive victories after falling victim to Wyoming, while the Falcons have won their last four contests. These teams have met 13 times in their series history, with the Broncos winning all 13 matchups. Expect Jeremy McNichols to have a big day on the ground and Brett Rypien to enjoy success through the air. Unfortunately for Troy Calhoun’s bunch, it just can’t match the firepower of Bryan Harsin’s squad. Boise State makes its 14-for-14 against the academy.

This is a sneaky good game, as the two teams have combined for just four losses this season. Anything can happen when playing in the high altitude at Falcon Stadium, so Boise better prepare for that, if at all possible. Still, the Broncos have more overall talent and will once again get to another good bowl with an 11-1 record.
