    Nov. 11 at Northern Illinois 27, Toledo 24 
    And You Care Because … Cameron Stingily ran for two touchdowns and Da’Ron Brown caught a 64-yard touchdown pass, but Toledo tied it up at ten early on with a 69-yard Corey Jones catch. NIU pulled away with a 17-7 scoring run – helped by Stingily’s two touchdowns – but the Rockets rallied late with a Macon three-yard catch to pull within three. NIU recovered the onside kick. 
    What Else? Northern Illinois RB Cameron Stingily ran 21 times for 81 yards and two scores 
    – Toledo QB Dwight Macon completed 8-of-11 passes for 140 yards and a score, and ran 18 times for 97 yards and two scores 
    – Toledo RB Kareem Hunt ran 18 times for 119 yards 
    – Total yards: Toledo 472 – NIU 416

    Nov. 15 at Central Michigan 34, Miami Univ. 27 
    And You Care Because … Titus Davis caught his third touchdown pass of the game with just over ten minutes to play to give CMU the lead, and the defense held on with a pick and a stopped drive to hold on. Devon Spalding added touchdown runs from two and 51 yards out for the Chippewas in the third, but Miami kept on pushing with Jared Murphy catching a nine-yard touchdown pass in the third and tying it up with a ten-yard run in the fourth, but CMU answered and held on. 
    What Else? Central Michigan WR Titus Davis caught eight passes for 102 yards and three touchdowns 
    – Miami University QB Andrew Hendrix completed 24-of-41 passes for 369 yards and two touchdowns 
    – Central Michigan RB Devon Spalding ran 22 times for 147 yards and two scores 
    – Total yards: Miami Univ. 471 – Central Michigan 427

    Nov. 11 at Buffalo 55, Akron 24 
    And You Care Because … The Buffalo offense exploded, with Joe Licata throwing four touchdown passes and Anthone Taylor and Jordan Johnson each running for over 100 yards. Akron scored first on a 37-yard interception return for a score from DeAndre Scott on the second play of the game, but UB made up for it with Johnson finding Matt Weiser for a 33-yard touchdown and Devin Campbell catching a Licata touchdown pass on the way to a 21-7 lead. Campbell caught a 24-yard touchdown pass in the third, and Taylor ran for a six-yard touchdown for a 48-17 lead. Akron made it interesting in the third on a one-yard Cody Grice run, pulling within ten, but UB answered with 21 straight points. 
    What Else? Buffalo RB Anthony Taylor ran 32 times for 178 yards and a score, and Jordan Johnson ran 17 times for 104 yards and a score, and threw a 33-yard touchdown pass 
    – Akron QB Kyle Pohl completed 15-of-29 passes for 128 yards, and ran seven times for 17 yards 
    – Buffalo QB Joe Licata completed 16-of-21 passes for 193 yards and four touchdowns with a pick 
    – Total yards: Buffalo 546 – Akron 229

    Nov. 15 at Western Michigan 51, Eastern Michigan 7 
    And You Care Because … Western Michigan started out the game with Darius Phillips returning the opening kickoff for a touchdown, and the fun didn’t stop there for the Broncos with Corey Davis catching a 54-yard touchdown pass and Jarvion Franklin taking a pass 54 yards for a score on the way to a 27-0 first quarter. WMU scored the first 51 points of the game, with Zach Terrell throwing four touchdown passes and running for another. Eastern Michigan finally got on the board with Bronson Hill taking a pass 76 yards for a score. 
    What Else? Western Michigan QB Zach Terrell completed 17-of-19 passes for 357 yards and four touchdowns, and ran six times for 41 yards and a score 
    – Eastern Michigan QB Reginald Bell Jr. completed 14-of-22 passes for 283 yards and a touchdown with two picks, and ran 19 times for a team-leading 33 yards 
    – Third down conversions: Western Michigan 10-of-14 – Eastern Michigan 5-of-13 
    – Western Michigan WR Corey Davis caught four passes for 134 yards and a score
