13. New Orleans
Needs: Wide Receiver, Outside Linebacker, Tight End
The Pick Should Be … DE/OLB Bud Dupree, Kentucky
The Pick Will Be … DE Randy Gregory, Nebraska
With Seattle’s 31st pick to help fill other needs, the Saints have to come up with a tight end option to replace Jimmy Graham. The offense could also use a deep threat receiver to complement Brandin Cooks and Marques Colston. Hybrid pass rushers will be the strength at this point, and Randy Gregory will be a decent value selection. If Bud Dupree is still there, he’d be a better choice.

14. Miami
Needs: Wide Receiver, Cornerback, Defensive Tackle
The Pick Should Be … DT Malcom Brown, Texas
The Pick Will Be … OT La’el Collins, LSU
The Dolphins just broke the bank for Ndamukong Suh, but throw in Brown next to him and all of a sudden no one’s running on the line. More receiver help for Ryan Tannehill will be important, and a lockdown corner has to be found, but they’ll take Collins to try protecting the franchise passer.

15. San Francisco
Needs: Linebacker, Defensive Tackle, Cornerback
The Pick Should Be … LB Eric Kendricks, UCLA
The Pick Will Be … DT Arik Armstead, Oregon
After getting gutted at linebacker with the loss of Patrick Willis and Chris Borland, finding an inside linebacker might be worth overpaying for. The Niners could trade down for Kendricks, but there’s no reason to mess around for a player who’d start and shine from Game One. Instead, they’ll blow the pick on Armstead for a line that needs a ton of help. They’ll eventually be disappointed.

16. Houston
Needs: Linebacker, Wide Receiver, Cornerback
The Pick Should Be … WR Breshad Perriman, UCF
The Pick Will Be … WR Breshad Perriman, UCF
DeAndre Hopkins is a rising star, but he’s going to need help. Perriman blew everyone’s doors off in offseason workouts, and while he’s still a bit of a project, he could shine in an attack where he doesn’t have to be the No. 1 guy. The other good option would be a pass rushing linebacker, but Perriman is too hot at the moment.
